2. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated). When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested page) is processed. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Storage: max. 30 days.

For technical reasons, the Lovable hosting platform sets a cookie (__dpl) and local browser storage entries (__lovable_anonymous_id, __lovable_session) when the site is loaded, and transmits technical usage events to Lovable. This processing serves the operation, stability and abuse detection of the platform and is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). You can delete these entries at any time via your browser settings (clear site data). More information: Lovable privacy policy (lovable.dev/privacy).

3. Email & WhatsApp contact

Messages sent to us by email to hemdenfix-carre@web.de or via WhatsApp are processed solely to answer the request (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR or lit. f GDPR). Storage: until the request is completed, at most six months, unless statutory retention obligations require longer. Pickup requests made via the booking form are assembled into a WhatsApp message locally in your browser only; they are transmitted to us only when you send the message yourself in WhatsApp. For address suggestions in the pickup form, the text you type is sent to the geocoding service Photon (komoot GmbH, Germany, OpenStreetMap data); no further personal data is transmitted.

4. Google Maps (two-click solution)

We only embed Google Maps after you actively click "Load map". Only then is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. Your consent is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and can be revoked at any time by clearing site data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Your language choice (DE/EN/TR) is also stored locally in the browser as technically necessary storage (§ 25 (2) TDDDG); no consent is required for this.

5. External links

We link to external services (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google). The respective providers are responsible for data protection on those sites.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Please contact hemdenfix-carre@web.de.
