How long does shirt cleaning take?
Usually just a few days. If you need it faster: express service for a €10 surcharge – message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm right away.
On a hanger vs. folded – what's the difference?
On a hanger your shirt comes back crease-free on the hanger (€3.20). Folded means folded and packed in film (€3.50) – handy for suitcases and drawers.
Do you pick up shirts too?
Yes, every Wednesday anywhere in Heidelberg. Pickup and delivery are free on orders of €100 or more.
How does the 11-shirts deal work?
Simple: for every 10 shirts, the 11th is free. No card, no app – just mention it when you drop off.
