Can you clean down duvets too?
Yes – we clean down duvets and feather pillows gently and dry them thoroughly, so the filling stays loose.
How do I get the bulky items to you?
Easiest with our pickup service: Wednesdays anywhere in Heidelberg, free on orders of €100 or more. Or just drop them off in store.
How often should duvets be cleaned?
As a rule of thumb: once or twice a year – and always after winter, before the duvet goes back in the cupboard.
